FMX Work Order Procedures
FMX work orders should be entered and routed to Warehouse for the following request types.
- Moving Classroom Furniture
- Moving Teacher
- Order moving boxes
- Picking up obsolete books
- Picking up survey items
- Picking up or delivering empty pallets
- Picking up records for destruction
Please note that Warehouse only picks up from and delivers to custodial sheds and auditoriums. All items must always be properly placed on pallets. Complete survey forms must always be attached when entering a work order to have survey items picked up. In addition, Warehouse does not move built-in furniture. These types of requests are handled by the Maintenance department. Below are pictures of properly palletized and labeled furniture to be moved for your reference.
