District English Learner Advisory Committee (DELAC)

Welcome to District English Learner Advisory Committee (DELAC).

The District English Learners Advisory Committees (DELAC) is comprised of representatives from each schools' English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC), a school-based committee required if there are more than 21 English Leaners at a school. The committees' role is to advise the district on programs and services for English Learner students. DELAC has specific requirements that must be completed annually.  For more information, contact your school principal or ELAC chair.

DELAC provides a meeting place where information is shared regarding programs, new initiatives and other current issues of importance to the education of students. It is intended that the information that is shared and discussed will be then shared back at each school site.
