- Residential Fee: $2.11 per sq. ft.
- Commercial Fee: $0.34 per sq. ft.
- School fees are not required for ADU's less than 750 sq. ft

If you need to pay school fees, here's what you need to do first.
Please contact City of Imperial Beach if property falls in City of Imperial Beach, typically zip code 91932. You'll need to fill out and sign their School Certification Fee Form.
