A Community Health and Resource Fair is held at the Reach Out to Families Resource Center twice a year (once in the fall and once in spring) and provides an opportunities for families in the community to learn about free and reduced price services available to them. Information on dates, times, and community providers will be available through each school as the date of the fair gets closer.

The Collaborative is dedicated to working with the community to empower its members with the necessary tools and resources to be self-sufficient.

Monthly Coordinating Council Meetings

The Coordinating Council is a collaborative comprised of community agencies that provide free or reduced services to our community. Information regarding the services offered by each agency, to better serve SBUSD families, is shared at the meetings. The public is welcome to attend the meetings. The Coordinating Council meets at the Reach Out to Families Resource Center on the 3rd Thursday of the month from September - May (except December and March).
