Certification of Attendance
Official certification of a current or former student's attendance in the South Bay Union School District may be obtained from the Student Services office, located at the 601 Elm Avenue, Imperial Beach CA. 91932.
Parents, or former students 18 years of age or older, must provide the student's birth certificate and the requesting adult's photo identification,along with a completed Request for Certification of Pupil Attendance form,located here. Additional information may be required, depending on the purpose of the request.
