Reporting an Absence

          Please call the school office the day your child is absent or send a note to school explaining the reason why your child was absent the day they return to school.

Note should include:

1. Full name of child
2. Teachers name
3. Date of the absences
4. Reason for the absence
5. Note should be signed by parent/guardian

       If your child's school sends you a "blue slip" please return the slip to school with your child the next day. Do not forget to sign and write the reason why your child was absent.

      After 3 consecutive days of absences your childs school may require a doctors note.
