ALL Registrations for Imperial Beach Charter School will be taken at Imperial Beach Charter School Campus located at 650 Imperial Beach Blvd., Imperial Beach, CA 91932
 ALL Imperial Beach Charter School Kindergarten and 1st grade students will attend the
Imperial Beach Charter School West Campus 
located at 525 3rd Street Imperial Beach, CA 91932

Fill out and print the registration packet forms (pdf) listed below. You are encouraged to have all forms completed before coming to school to register your child:

What are the requirements? What should I bring?

 
In addition to the enrollment packet forms listed above all students must be registered by a parent/guardian and provide the documents below:
 
  • Proof of Residency Children of legal age may attend schools in the district after providing proof of residency. Proof of residency is required to be updated annually. Verification of Residency                                                                   

  • Birth Certificate, baptismal certificate, or passport.

  • Proof of immunizations against polio, measels, mumps and rubella (MMR), diphtheria, whooping cough, and tetanus -OR- a permanent medical exemption or personal beliefs exemption.  (If new to California - Proof of immunization against chickenpox or proof of having had chickenpox) http://www.immunization-sd.org
A new school immunization requirement goes into effect July 1, 2011.  It requires all students entering 7th through 12th grades to be immunized with a pertussis (whooping cough) vaccine booster called Tdap.  For more information go to "Shots for School", a California website about immunizations required for school entry http://www.shotsforschool.org


Kindergarten Students (new to the district or attendance area)
  
  • Children must be five (5) years of age or older on or before October 1, 2013, in order to be eligible to attend Kindergarten. BP 5111 Admissions, AR 5111 Admissions
  • Copy of a birth certificate, baptismal certificate, or passport.
  • Proof of vaccination against hepatitis B and chickenpox.

All First-Grade students (new to the district or attendance area)
